Independent toy stores around the country may not be selling MGA’s Moxie Girlz or Cepia’s suddenly popular Zhu Zhu Pets hamsters. But they do have fun and creative price-conscious toys, including bugs, UFOs, cupcakes, sleek wooden cars and action figures galore.
