“It’s a huge hit with tween girls!” That’s the kind of feedback we’ve had for Cahootie, our classic game — but with a trendy new makeover. From Russia to Japan and South Africa to Denmark, kids around the globe and in the United States have been making these “finger things” paper games for generations. UPDATING A FAVORITE But Cahootie takes the game to the next level with a durable, attractive product and 40 “peel and play” stickers. Right now we have two versions just launched in November 2007: “Wishes & Dreams” and “Truth or Dare.” At Toy Fair we will release our next four themed versions, “Happy Birthday,” “Girl’s Sports” and “Republican” and “Democrat” versions — perfect timing for the presidential election this November! BANKING ON A NEW INVENTION Where in the world did Cahootie come from? Well, after writing and creating “Agent Cody Banks,” MGM’s $100 million franchise, I became even more passionate about entertaining and educating kids. So, I created GRE (Green Rock Entertainment) and Cahootie. Since I was young I have always come up with toys and games. In fact, one of the reasons I wrote “Agent Cody Banks” was because I got to imagine and create so many different gadgets for Cody to use. Considering it’s 100-percent “Made in the USA” and has an MSRP of $4.95, Cahootie surely will be a hit throughout the world. |
